Waterfront considerations

Building for a waterfront home such as this meant we had to address challenges such as saltwater corrosion, flooding, and erosion.

Custom sliding doors

With requirements from the architect for 14m enormous and heavy sliding doors, we carefully designed the sliding system and the drainage underneath to ensure weather tightness and durability.

Basement below sea-level

The late addition of basement from client meant the challenge building it underneath the house. Encountered tidal sea water and re-engineered entire design to accomodate.
